Codeword is a remote-first agency seeking a Strategic Communications & Website Manager contracting through year-end. You’ll lead day-to-day digital production across Hub site and community one-pagers, coordinating leadership, creative teams, and external partners to deliver campaigns on schedule.

The role emphasizes project leadership, vendor management, and content review with a focus on timely delivery and budgeting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, digital production, communications, or a related role.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex projects with competing priorities.
• Proactive problem solver who can navigate ambiguity and keep projects moving.
• Strong communicator to coordinate across leadership, creative teams, CDMs, and external partners.
• Experience managing external agency relationships and vendors to meet timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for developing and launching the client’s internal Hub website.
• Review and manage all content provided for Hub live site.
• Use Wagtail CMS to upload content into the CMS.
• Collect and consolidate stakeholder feedback during design and development.
• Coordinate with leadership, copywriters and designers on drafts and revisions.
• Review staging links, test deliverables against requirements, log QA bugs, and track remediation.
• Serve as liaison for agency vendor team, attend weekly syncs, and consolidate feedback.
• Lead project management for hyperlocal community one-pagers for CDMs in data center markets.
• Coordinate with copywriter and designer on drafts and revisions.
• Collect and consolidate marketing stakeholder feedback during design and development.
