ICUC/iProspect Moderation services, Inc. is seeking a Client Success Manager to lead top-tier account management and ensure clients achieve goals, with a focus on retention and growth. You will collaborate across revenue, operations, and strategy teams to deliver value and expand ICUC services for global brands.

The role requires strong project management, budgeting skills, and a service‑oriented ethos in a dynamic virtual environment. Travel for onsite visits may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in social media management for enterprise clients.
• Proficient knowledge and hands‑on experience in managing organic social media.
• Experience with paid social strategies is highly regarded.
• Familiarity with community management, strategic planning, and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with engaging presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent collaboration across departments and stakeholders.
• Up‑to‑date with current social media trends and tools.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Teams for presentations.

Responsibilities

• Account management for major brands, acting as primary client contact.
• Grow the value and long‑term value of assigned accounts.
• Deliver client reviews, status meetings and presentations; inform on new ICUC products.
• Advise on social media strategy with Strategy and Insights teams.
• Support setup and implementation of social media projects.
• Maintain Salesforce Opportunities and Projects; assist with proposals and SOWs.
• Collaborate with media, creative, PR agencies.
• Contribute to new business pitches.
• Help shape ICUC’s strategic offering with senior management.
• Monitor KPIs: retention targets, upsell targets, and client satisfaction (NPS).
