Job summary

Dentsu ICUC is seeking a Social Media Client Success Manager to lead enterprise accounts and drive client value through strategic social media initiatives. You will manage major brands, collaborate with Strategy, Insights, and cross-functional teams, and guide projects from setup to execution in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in social media, strong presentation skills, and familiarity with platforms like Sprinklr, Khoros, and Sprout.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting with enterprise clients.
• Experience managing organic social media; paid social experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Account management for major brands and Fortune 1000 companies as primary client contact.
• Grow and protect the long-term value of assigned accounts.
• Deliver regular client reviews, status meetings and presentations; inform about new ICUC products and services.
• Advise clients on social media strategy with Strategy and Insights teams.
• Support setup and implementation of social media projects; manage Salesforce Opps and Projects.
• Collaborate with other agencies (media, creative, PR) and contribute to new business pitches.
• Work with senior management to shape ICUC’s strategic offering.
