A self-starter with budgeting and project management skills is essential. The role requires strategic thinking about social media and digital trends, with collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media management for enterprise clients.
• Strong client management and project budgeting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; engaging presentations.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage major brands and Fortune 1000 accounts as primary contact.
• Grow account value and drive renewals.
• Lead client reviews, status meetings and product briefings.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Insights, and other teams.
• Support in project setup, proposals, and SOWs.
