Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B Client Success roles, owning a book of strategic accounts and driving $5M+ ARR.
• Proven track record of managing and expanding high-impact, strategic relationships in finance/FinTech sectors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership of account success.
• Knowledge of the financial industry and AI-driven acceleration mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts, tailoring strategies to client objectives.
• Own clients through deployment, launch, optimization, renewal and expansion.
• Proactively solve problems and anticipate client needs.
• Identify and lead growth opportunities, including expanding Array products.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing and Deployment.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate work and delivery.
