You’ll be data-driven, highly organized, and skilled at clear communication, with 4+ years in client-facing roles and 2+ years in fintech or financial services. Some travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in client-facing roles with a track record of using data to drive results.
• 2+ years in fintech, financial services, technology, benefits, or HR tech spaces.
• A generalist who is smart, flexible, and a fast learner.

Responsibilities

• Manage key customer relationships and onboarding for employer partners and users.
• Interacting directly with end users to gather feedback and address needs.
• Build and refine operational tests and processes as the company scales.
