Array, a remote-first fintech platform, seeks a Client Success Manager to deliver strategic partnership and tailored solutions for a portfolio of accounts. You will drive revenue growth from existing clients by building strong relationships and guiding adoption of Array’s product suite.

Responsibilities span deployment, launch, ongoing optimization, expansion, and renewal, with a focus on solving client challenges and identifying new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing high-value accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Ability to guide clients through deployments, launches, optimization, expansion and renewal.
• Strong relationship-building and strategic guidance with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts, aligning with clients' objectives.
• Own the client journey from deployment through renewal, ensuring adoption and expansion.
• Proactively resolve issues and identify growth opportunities across the product suite.
