Job summary

Mor-Search Ltd. is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of 15+ financial institution customers in a fintech-scaleup environment.

You will ensure successful product launches, drive end-user adoption, and continuously locate additional value opportunities from the platform. You should have experience in customer success or account management within B2B technology, with a track record in retention, renewals, expansion, and NRR.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success or Account Management within B2B technology.
• Has owned retention, renewals, expansion or NRR.
• Strong understanding of customer adoption/activation metrics.
• Experienced running QBRs with senior stakeholders.
• Ideally has experience selling into banks, credit unions, fintechs or digital banking platforms.

• Own a portfolio of 15+ financial institution customers and ensure successful onboarding.
• Drive user adoption and continued value realization from the platform.
• Proactively manage renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
