Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and CRO/pharma experience preferred.
• Experience managing accounts, developing business strategy, and driving revenue growth.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Leader in developing account plans to drive growth and profitability.
• Take direct responsibility for assigned accounts, including new business growth and contract negotiations.
• Lead bid pursuit meetings and proposal strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Develop compelling proposals and executive summaries showing integrated solutions and ROI.
• Maintain relationships with senior management to drive repeat business.
