Job summary

Parexel, a leading global clinical development partner, seeks an Integrated Solution Strategy Director - Oncology to join our team in a remote capacity. You will be a recognized Oncology professional with experience in design, operational conduct, and global delivery of solutions.

You will partner with Enterprise Accounts, Growth Accounts, Commercial Operations, and Strategic Business Units to optimize new business awards through compelling operational and technical strategies and business

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years in Life Science and CRO environments.
5+ years in strategic drug development planning or related strategies.
5+ years Oncology expertise in design and global delivery.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and prioritize Oncology opportunities and craft solutions for campaigns.
Advise Sponsors and internal teams with credible, compelling solution models.
Create customer-focused proposal content differentiating Parexel.
Ensure responses reflect strategy and convey value propositions.
Define bid content and support bid pursuit meetings.
Drive consultative approach to develop unique client solutions.
Provide strategic leadership in pre/post-sales activities.
Support clients through pre-award and promote solution adoption.
Maintain knowledge of products and pipelines and industry regulations.
Gather market requirements and feed Product Management.
Participate in discovery sessions to understand objectives.
Support Strategic Business Unit targets.
