Topaz HR is seeking a Human Resources Strategic Partner based in West Orange, NJ to align HR-DOL laws with company policies, draft HR documents, and advise clients on compliance and people processes. You will oversee hiring and onboarding, create onboarding plans, and provide insights on compensation practices, leave management, and employee relations while traveling up to 50% within New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of HR Generalist/HRBP/HR Manager experience.
• Experience aligning HR practices with policy and law is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Responsabilités

• Align HR laws with current client policies and procedures; provide training where needed.
• Draft a variety of HR documents for clients (policies, descriptions, offer letters).
• Advise clients on hiring, compensation, culture, performance, and leave management (FMLA, PFL, sick leave).
• Oversee and guide the hiring and onboarding process for client employees.
