Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a skilled professional to partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive adoption of innovative health programs and services. This remote role supports large accounts from Western, PA with strategic marketing plans and client education.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in consultative sales or marketing, preferably in health insurance, and may need a state Life/Health license within 45 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience as determined by the company.
• Preferred MBA for advanced business insight.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant, progressive experience in sales or marketing.
• Experience in health insurance or employee benefits is a plus.
• State-specific producer license(s) for Life, Accident & Health required within 45 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business with sales and client management teams.
• Present and educate clients on product positioning and benefits.
• Develop client-specific marketing plans and tactics.
• Contribute to implementation and training for clients.
• Provide feedback on marketing materials and campaigns.
