Highmark Inc. is seeking a senior account management professional for a remote-based role serving Western, PA and broader clients across the United States.

You will partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive adoption of innovative health products and services while delivering targeted client presentations and strategic plans. The role emphasizes consultative selling, marketing plan development, and strong product knowledge to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience as determined by the company.
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration preferred.
• 3 years of relevant, progressive experience in the area of specialization.
• 4 years of consultative sales or marketing experience in health insurance or employee benefits field preferred.
• State specific Producer License(s) for Life, Accident & Health required or must be obtained within 45 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business in partnership with sales executives and client managers as the expert on various products.
• Assist with selling to new and existing clients using consultative selling skills.
• Serve as product expert to solve client problems by analyzing and resolving client‑specific issues regarding product and process design.
• Educate and train clients with product implementation.
• Deliver product implementation presentations and respond to issues in a consultative manner.
• Develop account‑specific marketing plans for key accounts and lead the effort leveraging marketing strategy and planning resources.
• Deliver client‑specific marketing plan tactics and oversee the final product.
• Gain product knowledge and align messaging with Marketing Strategy and Product teams.
• Provide feedback for marketing materials and sales support.
• Participate in internal workgroups as subject‑matter experts.
• Understand and utilize organization marketing processes and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
