Job summary

Renovo Solutions is seeking a Business Development Director to grow existing customer relationships and expand service offerings. This role will also generate net-new business and identify opportunities to increase top line revenue.

You will own the account management and GTM strategy, collaborate with the VP of Sales, educate decision-makers on Renovo’s differentiators, and design adaptable sales presentations. Travel 40–60% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Sales or business management experience in Life Science, Laboratories, Healthcare or Facilities.
• Executive-level presence (technical and non-technical).
• Proven track record in consultative / service-based selling.

Responsibilities

• Grow our current customer relationships and expand Renovo’s service offerings.
• Generate net-new business and identify opportunities to increase top line revenue.
• Own the account management and GTM strategy; work with the VP of Sales to implement strategic sales plans.
• Educate decision-makers on what makes Renovo different from competitors.
• Design sales presentations adaptable to a wide range of clients.
