Job summary

Renovo Solutions, Inc. seeks a Regional Director of Operations to own service delivery for life sciences accounts across the United States. You will be accountable for regional performance, KPI delivery, financial results, and client relationships at regional and site levels.

You will lead Site Operations Managers, technicians, and engineers, partnering with HR, Sourcing, Finance, Quality, and Operational Excellence to staff, standardize, and ensure compliance across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of laboratory operations, scientific asset management, technical service, or facilities and equipment services experience.
• 6+ years of leadership experience managing multi-site teams.
• Experience delivering against contracted KPIs and SLAs for an enterprise client.
• Experience operating in a multi-vendor environment with OEM/third-party services.
• Existing right to work in the United States.
• Experience with CMMS platforms and reporting.
• Proficient with Microsoft/Google software.
• Knowledge of GXP requirements, OSHA, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational delivery across all client sites in the US region, including maintenance, calibration, and coordination.
• Deliver against regional KPIs and SLAs and drive corrective actions.
• Lead regional workforce planning and site leadership, including hiring and backfill.
• Own the region’s P&L, budget, margin, and forecast accuracy.
• Coordinate multi-vendor service delivery and guarantee continuity across sites.
• Support client audits, quality reviews, and ensure evidence is available on demand.

Education

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant professional certifications preferred
