Job summary

Renovo Solutions seeks a Regional Director of Operations to own service delivery for life sciences accounts across the United States. You will oversee KPI performance, budget, and client relationships across multiple sites, from large campuses to thin remote locations, ensuring a single operating model and continuous coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in laboratory operations or facilities service with multi-site leadership.
• Proven ability to deliver KPIs, manage budgets, and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience with GMP/GXP environments and quality systems is essential.
• Strong vendor management, contract, and entitlement coverage experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across regions.

Responsibilities

• Own regional service delivery across US client sites, including maintenance and calibration.
• Lead regional workforce planning, retention, and site leadership development.
• Manage regional P&L, budget, and forecast accuracy with cross‑functional partners.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and drive account growth opportunities.
• Coordinate multi‑vendor activity and ensure continuity of service across sites.
• Drive adherence to safety, quality, and compliance requirements regionally.
• Run regional operating rhythm with site reviews, performance reviews, and client meetings.
