BlueLabs, Inc. seeks a Director of Political and Commercial Insights to lead complex quantitative research and develop data-driven solutions for advocacy clients.

You will guide a team of data scientists and analysts, interpret data, and provide strategic guidance to senior stakeholders across internal and external teams. The role reports to the Senior Director of Commercial Insights and requires 6+ years of leadership in analytics, strong modeling skills, and excellent communication.

Formación

• 6+ years of relevant experience with analytics leadership.
• Experience in advanced analytics and statistical methods.
• Strong communication and partnership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead quantitative research projects and experimental designs (RCTs).
• Generate insights and client deliverables for advocacy and commercial teams.
• Guide data scientists and analysts; present findings to senior leadership.
