Job summary

BlueLabs, a data analytics leader, seeks a Polling Manager to lead questionnaire programming, sampling, weighting, and QC of survey data. You will collaborate with client teams and data scientists to inform strategic decisions and refine polling processes.

Reporting to senior polling leadership, you’ll drive process improvements and respond to evolving industry challenges. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and several years in survey data; polling experience is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and some experience with survey data.
• Experience in polling is a strong bonus.
• Ability to distill requests to key points and extract relevant information.
• Attention to detail and ensuring each process element is correct.
• Experience performing data analysis under tight deadlines with unstructured guidance.

Responsibilities

• Design polling solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee end-to-end polling: programming questionnaires, sampling, field monitoring, weighting.
• Prepare and deliver client deliverables: toplines and crosstabs.
• Coordinate with analytics, experiments, and modeling teams.
• Collaborate with Data Science on methodology and process improvements.
• Work with the Director of Polling to implement innovations in polling.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate monitoring vendors.
