Job summary

BlueLabs, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analytics Manager to lead high-impact data analytics projects across commercial, political, and non-profit clients. You will guide data management, build reports and calculators, and present insights to diverse stakeholders.

The role combines project leadership with hands-on analysis, requiring a statistical background, SQL/Python skills, and experience with BI tools and GIS. DC-area preferred, but open to candidates nationwide.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a statistical background or 3+ years of data analysis experience.
2+ years managing analysts or technical staff.
Experience leading senior analysts on large unstructured projects.
Experience with GIS maps (GIS tools) such as QGIS/ArcGIS.
Programming experience in Python and SQL.
Proven ability to deliver insights under tight deadlines.
Strong leadership and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee medium- to large-scale client projects as project manager and hands-on contributor.
Lead data management, report or calculator building, and memo or deck preparation.
Provide team leadership and ensure deadlines with insightful analysis.
Mentor analysts and fellows to support growth and development.
Present findings to clients and stakeholders.
