The role combines project leadership with hands-on data work, requiring strong collaboration, data visualization, and communication skills to deliver actionable insights on tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• You have demonstrated experience leading other senior analysts on large unstructured projects.
• You likely have at least a bachelor's degree in a related field with a statistical background or 3+ years of experience analyzing data and building reports.
• You possess the technical acumen to autonomously lead projects, offering direction and support to team members when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a project manager for medium- to large-scale client engagements and contribute as a hands-on data analyst.
• Build reports and calculators, manage data, and prepare memos or decks for client presentations.
• Lead and mentor analysts or fellows, ensuring deadlines are met with insightful analysis.
• Communicate findings effectively to both non-technical and technical stakeholders.
