Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Strategic Alliance PMO Lead, NAM to drive governance and coordination of strategic alliance programs across North America, uniting internal teams and external partners to align sales opportunities, demand forecasts, and execution plans.

The role focuses on providing visibility to executives through performance dashboards and KPI metrics, while ensuring seamless delivery from opportunity development through order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or PMO activities.
• Proven track record in cross-functional business initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of sales pipeline management and demand forecasting.
• Experience in operational planning and capacity coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills for executive reporting and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage alliance governance processes and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities between internal teams and strategic partners.
• Consolidate sales opportunities and demand forecasts.
• Facilitate collaboration between sales teams for customer engagement.
• Align operational capacity and resource availability.
• Oversee end-to-end execution from opportunity development to order fulfillment.
• Develop integrated performance dashboards for KPIs.
• Identify performance gaps and coordinate corrective actions.
