Qualifications
- Ph.D. or MS in life sciences, or MBA with 5+ years in biotech/pharma settings.
- 10-15+ years in biotech or pharma alliance and portfolio management.
- Demonstrated success managing complex external partnerships and governance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary alliance manager for strategic pharmaceutical collaborations.
- Build relationships across partner organizations to drive alliance execution.
- Lead Joint Steering Committees and governance forums, ensuring well-prepared meetings.
- Translate collaboration agreements into executable operating plans with managed expectations.
- Monitor alliance health and performance and resolve conflicts constructively.
- Build and improve portfolio and program management capabilities.
- Facilitate cross-functional program reviews to ensure accountability.
