Job summary

HITACHI ENERGY USA INC seeks a Strategic Alliance PMO Lead, NAM, to act as the central interface between Hitachi Energy businesses and strategic partners, coordinating commercial and operational activities across North America. This remote role, preferably based out of Dallas, TX, oversees governance, demand planning, and end-to-end business execution from opportunity development through order fulfillment.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in strategic business program management or enterprise-wide initiatives.
Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives across multiple functions.
Strong understanding of sales pipeline management, demand forecasting, and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

Manage alliance governance, including business reviews, reporting, and escalations.
Coordinate cross-functional activities to align commercial and operational priorities.
Consolidate opportunities, forecasts, and pipelines for joint sales planning.
Facilitate collaboration between sales teams and partners on ownership and execution.
Align capacity and supply planning to meet commitments and delivery requirements.
Oversee end-to-end execution from opportunity development to order fulfillment.
Develop dashboards covering commercial, operational, and financial KPIs.
Identify risks and coordinate corrective actions across stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations and guidelines.
