Job summary

Georgia-Pacific’s Corrugated Packaging division is hiring a Service Representative to support our Northeast region. This home-based position requires up to 60% travel and daily engagement with key customers while coordinating with our National Accounts Team to ensure GP is the preferred supplier.

The role reports to the Area Sales Manager and offers a competitive salary plus variable compensation and a company car. This is a Sales/Commercial position within the Northeast market.

Qualifications

• Corrugated industry experience or 2+ years outside sales/B2B experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in packaging science, operations/manufacturing, engineering, business administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with strategic national accounts by delivering quality products, excellent service, and on-time delivery.
• Identify and implement solutions to optimize the customer’s packaging needs, improve product performance, and reduce waste at GP box plants.
• Work cross-functionally with GP teams and serve as the link between customers and internal teams.
• Maintain visibility and communication with national account customers.
• Visit customers regularly to review quality initiatives and act on feedback.
• Log activities and data in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
