Job summary

Quantum Health in Dublin, OH (hybrid) or remote nationwide seeks a Sr. Client Success Executive for strategic accounts.

You’ll own executive relationships, drive retention, revenue expansion, KPI-focused value realization, and a coordinated multi-team approach across Operations, Clinical, Product, and Finance. You’ll lead annual and multi-year strategic planning, oversee performance guarantees, and articulate ROI while expanding the client footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 2+ years direct experience managing jumbo or national accounts.
• 10–12+ years progressive experience in strategic account management, consulting, or enterprise leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as executive relationship owner for strategic/jumbo accounts with multi-year partnership strategies.
• Develop renewal strategies and opportunities for cross-sell and upsell.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experience and value realization.
• Provide executive insights, portfolio reporting, and risk management to leadership.
