Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Global Strategic Account Manager for our Data Center Solutions team. You will drive enterprise-level sales to large-scale data center owners, delivering ROI-driven solutions and building executive relationships across the United States and beyond.

You will lead cross-functional teams to craft durable, value-based offerings and coordinate with internal experts to meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive strategic account sales experience at the executive level
• 5+ years selling enterprise level solutions in the data center market
• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent initiative and interpersonal communications skills
• Experience working in highly matrixed company environment
• Financial acumen and ability to organize large data sets
• Demonstrated ability to influence the market at key levels
• Ability to travel up to 25% (nation-wide; virtually located position)
• HVAC industry experience

Responsibilities

• Sell enterprise-level data center solutions to facility owners and executives across the U.S. and beyond
• Develop value-driven sales strategies to align JCI offerings with client needs
• Lead cross-functional teams to advance multi-site, complex deals
• Manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce with clear milestones and next steps
• Build long-term relationships with owners and partners to maximize enterprise value
• Collaborate with cross-domain teams to deliver integrated digital offerings
