Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Global Strategic Account Manager for our Data Center Solutions team. This remote, international role drives enterprise-level, ROI-focused sales to large-scale data center owners and executives across the globe, delivering integrated solutions and strong relationships.

You will partner with cross-domain teams to align Johnson Controls offerings, pursue multi-site opportunities, and manage the Salesforce pipeline to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive strategic account sales experience at the executive level.
• 5+ years selling enterprise-level data center solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent initiative and interpersonal communications skills.
• Experience working in highly matrixed company environment.
• Financial acumen and ability to organize large data sets.
• Demonstrated ability to influence the market at key levels.
• Ability to travel up to 25% (nation-wide; virtually located position).
• HVAC industry experience.
