Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced HVAC sales professional to drive opportunities in the Datacenter sector and manage regional targets. You will forecast, develop client relationships, and present complex technical solutions to customers and partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in selling HVAC products.
• Experience with Datacenter customer accounts.
• Strong understanding of GTM strategies for data center customers.
• Excellent techno-commercial negotiation skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales opportunities for the HVAC product range in the assigned region.
• Achieve the regional sales targets and provide accurate forecasts.
• Manage and forecast the sales pipeline and deliver presentations explaining technical aspects.
• Negotiate terms including legal and financial conditions with approvals as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with end-users, consultants, and contractors.
• Analyze market changes and identify cross-selling opportunities.
