ERMCO is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to grow relationships with key customers across North America. This remote role requires understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions while coordinating with Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Operations.

You will develop strategic account plans, pursue growth opportunities, negotiate contracts, and present reviews to leadership. Travel up to 50% to customer sites and industry events is required, with relocation assistance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of strategic account management, sales, or business development.
• Proven success managing complex customer relationships and driving revenue growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and develop actionable account strategies.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain relationships with strategic accounts to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify growth opportunities within strategic accounts to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business challenges and aligning ERMCO’s offerings accordingly.
• Prepare and present regular business reviews, forecasts, and account plans to leadership.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing per company guidelines and customer expectations.
• Monitor market trends and customer feedback to inform strategic plans.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and escalations to maintain positive relationships.
• Represent the company at industry events and travel to customer sites up to 50%.
