Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3–5 years in account management or building materials.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant sales or construction experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and secure new business through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
• Maintain bid details and organized bid folders for future reference.
• Manage contract execution and pricing documentation within 30 days.
• Travel as required to support customer meetings and business development.
