Interior Logic Group is seeking an Account Manager to support, maintain, and grow a diversified portfolio across Local and Regional Builders, Design Studios, and National Accounts. You will build a strong pipeline and drive account profitability through pricing and product strategies.

Qualifications

• ~ High school diploma or GED.
• ~3-5 years of experience in account management, construction, or the building materials industry; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience working with builders, design studios, or multi-segment construction accounts.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and builder floor plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and secure new business through consistent prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
• Close new accounts and manage bids, pricing verifications, and presentations.
• Maintain bid details and organized bid folders for future reference, including price updates and change orders.
• Coordinate with Design Consultants, Order Processors, and Production Managers to ensure installation execution.
• Travel as required to support customer meetings and business development opportunities.
• Support collection efforts as required, reinforcing contractual and payment expectations.
