Job summary

Stripe is seeking an Account Executive focused on Issuing and Treasury to grow Stripe’s relationships with existing users by identifying new use cases and expanding product adoption. You will serve as a trusted advisor, understanding each user’s business model, roadmap, and priorities, and drive multi-year account strategies from discovery to revenue realization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer-facing sales experience in tech, fintech, or payments.
• Experience with issuing or treasury products is a plus.
• History of meeting or exceeding quota in B2B sales.
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder opportunities with execs and teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead Issuing and Treasury expansion opportunities across Stripe users.
• Build strategic account plans aligning user priorities with Stripe products.
• Develop trusted relationships with executives, product, engineering, and finance stakeholders.
• Lead discovery, business cases, negotiations, and deal strategy.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Technical Services to scale go-to-market.
