Job summary

Stripe is seeking an Account Executive, Treasury & Issuing for Platforms, to drive growth across Start-ups, FinTechs, Marketplaces and Platforms. You will lead complex deals, collaborate with product, engineering, marketing and GTM teams, and help customers build on Stripe’s platform.

You are a seasoned sales professional with 7+ years of customer-facing experience, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate business value into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer facing experience at a leading technology, issuing or payments company.
• You are naturally analytical and enjoy digging into business models and helping customers quantify their business case.
• Experience building trusted advisor relationships with senior business leaders.
• Proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with cross-functional business partners.
• A self motivated go-getter, capable of operating independently to drive meaningful business results.
• Enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple stakeholders.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and changing requirements.
• Fastidious approach to CRM hygiene and experience utilizing thorough sales forecasting metrics on a weekly/quarterly basis and communicating them in a succinct manner.
• A Team player with a sense of humour is welcomed!
• 10+ years of experience specifically selling Issuing / Banking solutions
• French and / or German Speaker

Responsibilities

• Accountable for driving revenue, increasing attach rates, and new client acquisition for a wide range of customers including Start-ups, FinTechs, Marketplaces and Platforms
• Create your territory plan and lead outbound outreach efforts to develop a robust, qualified pipeline
• Develop relationships with executive stakeholders and lead discussions with existing and prospective customers
• Deeply understand the sales process and competitors for Stripe Issuing & Treasury and serve as both an internal and customer-facing expert in these product areas
• Engage with Product and Engineering teams to synthesize and relay customer feedback and our findings to inform Stripe’s product roadmap
• Contribute to the development of go-to-market playbooks alongside product, marketing, sales, and technical services stakeholders
• Work collaboratively and cross-functionally across the organization to help shape Stripe’s products and solutions to meet customer needs
