Job summary

Copeland is seeking a Strategic Account Executive for its Commercial Cold Chain sales team. This fully remote role will lead OEM account strategy, collaboration across End User and Aftermarket teams, and drive multi-channel growth in refrigeration customers.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in business or technical fields with 5+ years in refrigeration/HVAC sales, strong relationship skills, and the ability to manage complex opportunities and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business or technical field.
• Minimum 5 years in refrigeration/HVAC or controls tech sales.
• Proven consultative selling and sales leadership.
• Strong communication with both technical and financial decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Drive year over year sales territory growth.
• Develop and drive strategies for refrigeration customers to lower GWP refrigerants (CO2, R290, A2L) solutions.
• Define, build and nurture relationships with key decision makers at all customers in territory.
• Identify and define customer growth strategies then design and drive account-specific strategies to align with customer needs.
• Complete accountability for delivering and maintaining territory sales and account business plans.
• Develop and close opportunities for cross-business products to increase recurring revenue.
• Participate in forecast process and update monthly.
• Participate in pipeline management process monthly.
• Develop key relationships with Customer Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, etc.
• Travel 60% - Air travel required.
