Job summary

Copeland seeks a Strategic Account Executive to lead OEM and refrigeration customer relationships in the US. Remote role reporting to the Commercial Cold Chain Sales team, you will drive strategic sales plans, manage accounts, and align product and business strategies across internal teams.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in business or technical field, 5+ years in Refrigeration/HVAC sales, strong communication skills, and MS Office proficiency. MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business related or technical field.
• Proven Sales Record with renewable energy/industrial or HVACR experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills with executive level interactions.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Drive year over year sales territory growth.
• Develop strategies for refrigeration customers to lower GWP refrigerants.
• Define and nurture relationships with key decision makers.
• Manage account plans and opportunity funnel in Salesforce.
• Travel up to 60% for multiple customer visits.
