Catalent is seeking an Account Director for Business Development in Clinical Development and Supply. This remote field-based role focuses on building deep client relationships and driving strategic growth across global accounts.

You will lead negotiations, develop annual plans, represent Catalent at industry events, and collaborate with senior leadership to align services with client needs. Proven contract pharma sales experience is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or Life Sciences preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in contract pharmaceutical business with emphasis on clinical services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiating skills.
• Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
• Strong track record in Business-to-Business relationships, management, and sales.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve annual sales, revenue, and funnel targets to ensure growth.
• Develop and maintain business relationships at all levels to expand Catalent's book of business.
• Participate in Strategic Account meetings and update senior leadership on initiatives.
• Develop and prepare annual strategic account plans for growth within Catalent's accounts.
• Negotiate quotations, CDAs, and MSAs; identify cross-sell opportunities.
