Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for an Engineering Manager in Systems Reliability Engineering to lead the Store Platform Engineering team.

You will guide engineering across endpoint management, platform modernization, and global technology standards, partnering with Retail Operations, Product, Infrastructure, Security, and Reliability teams. The role emphasizes driving automation, self-service, and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and scalability in worldwide store environments.

Qualifications

10–12 years of experience in Platform Engineering, Endpoint Engineering, Retail Technology, or Enterprise Technology environments.
Experience leading and developing technical engineering teams in large-scale, distributed environments.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing Store Platform Engineering team, driving engineering excellence and mentoring talent.
Define and execute the roadmap for store technology platforms including endpoint management and platform modernization.
Drive automation, self-service, and AI-enabled solutions to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
