Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an Engineering Manager within Systems Reliability Engineering to lead Store Platform Engineering across our global retail ecosystem.

You will mentor a team of Store Platform Engineers and partner with Retail Operations, Product, Infrastructure, Security, and Reliability Engineering to deliver reliable, scalable store technology. Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience in Platform Engineering, Endpoint Engineering, Retail Technology, or Enterprise Technology environments.
• Experience leading and developing technical engineering teams in large-scale, distributed environments.
• Strong expertise in endpoint management, device lifecycle management, and retail technology platforms.
• Experience delivering automation, self-service, platform modernization, and technology standardization initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Introduction

As an Engineering Manager within Systems Reliability Engineering, you will lead the engineering, modernization, and automation of the technology platforms that power Levi Strauss & Co. retail stores worldwide. You will guide a team of Store Platform Engineers while partnering across Retail Operations, Product, Infrastructure, Security, and Reliability Engineering to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure store technology solutions. This role reports to the Senior Manager, SRE & Platform Engineering.
