Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a dedicated Store Operations Analyst to join our auto parts team. The primary focus is the review and analysis of metrics including RGNs, Core Accounts, Bad Debt, Store Billings, Cycle Counts, Pcard usage and Cash variances to manage reconciliation activities.

The analyst will present actionable information to field leadership and collaborate with Loss Prevention and Operations to identify opportunities and develop plans of resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review store operations databases for accuracy of reported information.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation items per policy.
• Assess RGNs aging, investigate discrepancies, and provide weekly updates.
• Collaborate with distribution centers, vendors, and DCSC on credit issues.
• Review AR bad debt trends and assist with collections and root-cause analysis.
• Monitor Pcard activity for compliance and flag anomalies.
• Report identified anomalies to Loss Prevention.
• Analyze cash handling metrics and store deposition processes.
• Guide evolution of the analyst role with new systems and controls.
