Job summary

NAPA in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Store Operations Analyst to review and analyze metrics such as RGNs, bad debt, store billings, cycle counts, Pcard usage and cash variances, and to present actionable insights to field leadership.

You will collaborate with Loss Prevention and Operations, investigate discrepancies, and support the rollout of enhanced store and supply chain controls in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Five years of analytical work experience; retail/auto parts a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Review store operations data to ensure accuracy of reports.
• Submit reconciliation items daily, weekly, and monthly per policy.
• Analyze aged RGNs and discrepancy trends; provide weekly updates.
• Investigate credit discrepancies with DCs, vendors, and NAPA DCSC.
• Review AR bad debt data to assist field collections and core accounts.
• Ensure field compliance with Pcard activity and report anomalies.
