Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a Store Support Specialist to help store teams manage P&L, drive initiatives, and ensure policies are followed. You will complete administrative tasks and analyze data, partnering with field leaders to identify root causes and improve store efficiency.

The role involves monitoring compliance metrics for stakeholders, providing guidance across departments, and delivering trained support to new team members on internal systems and processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of administrative, planning and analytical experience with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in a fast-paced multi-unit operation is preferred.
• Proven ability to monitor policies and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with operational policies, procedures and tools.
• Identify gaps at store, region and division levels.
• Measure and report key compliance metrics to senior audiences.
• Perform a wide range of administrative tasks to support store efficiency.
• Provide basic training to new team members on internal systems and processes.
• Identify complex issues and escalate to IT or other departments as needed.
• Track support tickets, identify trends, and generate improvement reports.
• Suggest enhancements to optimize team workflows and solve business problems.
• Deliver world-class associate service following department policies and standards.
