Qualifications

• 4+ years in software engineering focused on storage systems.
• Experience with distributed storage using C/C++, Go, or Rust.
• Hands-on with Ceph or MinIO.
• English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable distributed storage solutions.
• Architect object and file storage for high availability at petabase scale.
• Optimize durability, consistency, and replication strategies.
• Collaborate with infra teams to integrate block storage into cloud-native systems.
• Profile and tune storage engine performance for maximum throughput.
