Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Presales Manager to lead storage presales engineers across commercial, public sector and channel segments. You will build a high-performing team, set direction, coach on complex opportunities, and partner with sales and channel leadership to win major deals.

The role combines leadership with hands-on technical credibility, ensuring a strong pipeline, customer success, and alignment with storage strategy across multiple accounts and territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of technical presales experience in the storage industry.
• 3+ years leading or managing presales or technical teams.
• Strong background in enterprise storage and data management.
• Experience with virtualization and at least one major cloud (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud).

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop a team of presales engineers and technical architects across segments, aligning goals with business objectives.
• Guide solution design, proofs of concept and competitive strategy for strategic deals.
• Build executive and technical relationships with customers and partners.
• Drive pipeline growth and ensure accurate revenue forecasting.
• Collaborate with sales, channel and segment leaders to win storage opportunities.
