Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, or related field; 8+ years presales storage experience.
• 8+ years in storage presales with 3+ years leading teams.
• Strong leadership, go-to-market knowledge, and executive communication.
• Experience with multiple customer segments: commercial, public sector, channel.
• Proficient in VMware/KVM virtualization and at least one major cloud (AWS/Azure/GC).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop presales engineers and architects; set measurable goals.
• Partner with sales to qualify and progress storage opportunities with direct and partner motions.
• Guide solution design, PoCs, and competitive strategy for strategic deals.
• Drive partner enablement and engagement; build relationships with customers and partners.
• Report on pipeline, enablement results, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
