Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with FINEOS
• 10+ years claims experience with strong analytical and communication skills
• Claim auditing experience for regulatory compliance
• Experience in process or system improvement projects and multi-project management
• Ability to influence and motivate across departments to improve service for shared customers
• Bachelor Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage external and internal audits
• Serve as a technical and business process expert for the Claims staff and management
• Analyze claims data to support management reporting and quality control
• Conduct data analysis with recommendations on claim processing, metrics and staffing
• Troubleshoot claim transactions within administration systems with BA support
• Lead process improvements and projects in areas of expertise
• Lead small to medium projects involving processes, systems and controls
• Perform other duties as assigned
