Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with FINEOS.
• 10+ years of claims experience preferred.
• Claim auditing experience to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Experience with process or system improvement projects and managing multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage external and internal audits.
• Provide data analysis and reporting to support management.
• Act as a liaison for internal partners and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead small to mid-size projects across processes, systems and controls.
• Assist IT with technical/process flow contributions and user requirements.
