Job summary

Talentoma is seeking a Staffing Agent to join the recruiting team as a fully remote role from Maryland. You will review applications, screen candidates, and move applicants through clear, organized steps toward openings.

You will work with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, communicate updates, and keep records accurate in Bullhorn. The position requires a 40-hour weekly commitment and flexible shift times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required; related staffing or admin experience preferred.
• Familiar with applicant-tracking and calendar systems.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming online applications, emails, and candidate messages at the beginning of each shift.
• Screen candidates and compare resumes to criteria.
• Document updates and candidate history in Bullhorn for recruiters.
• Arrange interviews using Google Calendar and confirm availability.
• Answer candidate questions about steps and openings.
• Provide timely updates and escalate unclear requirements to recruiters.
