52 Limited, a nationwide staffing agency, is seeking a Talent Manager who loves the art of recruiting and has the drive to grow the business. This full-desk role combines business development, account management, and full-cycle recruiting to connect exceptional talent with meaningful opportunities.

You’ll build new client relationships, expand existing accounts, and manage the recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to placement.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or staffing environment.
• Experience with business development, client acquisition, or account growth.
• Familiarity with recruiting for creative, marketing, design, and tech roles.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate evaluation, and relationship management.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication, organization, negotiation, and time-management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with motivation to grow a book of business.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Mansioni

• Identify, pursue, and secure new client relationships through prospecting and referrals.
• Grow existing accounts by building relationships with hiring managers.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and talent strategies.
• Develop and execute a business development plan to meet growth goals.
• Represent 52 Limited at industry events and within the creative/tech communities.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Build talent pipelines via LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and internal database.
• Evaluate candidates through interviews, resumes, references, and skills tests.
• Guide candidates through hiring process with feedback and prep.
• Maintain relationships with placed talent during assignments.
• Keep accurate records in the CRM/ATS.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve recruiting and revenue goals.
