Marqeta is seeking a Staff Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across Product and Technology, partnering with Product and Engineering leadership to build out our most critical teams.

You’ll join a Talent Acquisition team that supports engineering to go-to-market, with the flexibility to move between Product and Engineering hiring as priorities shift. This role is remote within Canada.

Formación

• 8+ years of full cycle recruiting, with focus on Product and Technology.
• Ability to recruit across product and engineering, switching priorities as needed.
• Working knowledge of engineering roles, tech stacks, and screening with engineers.
• Experience recruiting in fintech or payments or regulated industries.
• Manage high-volume, high-urgency requisitions while maintaining candidate experience.
• Strong communication and senior stakeholder partnering.
• Experience with a modern ATS.
• Recruiting for both IC and leadership roles in Product and Engineering.
• Familiarity with structured interview and scorecard methodology including technical assessments.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to understand hiring needs and recruit strategy.
• Own full cycle recruiting for Product and Technology roles, from intake to offer.
• Build pipelines of product and software engineering talent, including fintech expertise.
• Advise hiring managers on market data, leveling, and positioning.
• Flex across Product, Engineering, and adjacent technical searches.
• Refine sourcing and interview approaches, including technical assessments and coding or system design loops.
• Coordinate application submission, recruiter phone calls, and hiring manager video calls.
• Facilitate offers and onboarding coordination.
