Ladders is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Connectivity Platform to own the strategy and roadmap for connecting external data and partner institutions. You will lead the end-to-end experience for linking external financial accounts, ensuring client value, reliability, and secure access.

This remote role partners with engineering, product design, vendors, and compliance to deliver a high-trust connectivity experience, focusing on authentication, data permissions, and platform integrations.

Formación

• 5-7 years of product management experience on platforms or APIs.
• Strong technical background in APIs, data models, and platform architecture.
• Proven track record of managing external vendor partnerships and integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute connectivity strategy focused on client value.
• Oversee end-to-end integration of external bank and brokerage accounts.
• Improve reliability and success of client connections with financial institutions.
• Manage relationships and product integrations with external partners.
• Own roadmap for public API and external data connectivity.
• Ensure a seamless and secure data permissions and access experience.
• Lead development of platform capabilities for authentication and partner integrations.
